A commitment to Advancing the role of women in finance
Granite Springs was certified as a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) in July 2015 by the State of New Jersey. In order to qualify, the firm demonstrated that its business is majority “independently owned and managerially controlled” by women (N.J.A.C. 17:46). We utilize this designation to better serve the needs of our clients.

REDEFINING WORK-LIFE BALANCE
As a WBE, we are focused on offering flexible working arrangements for all employees to help accommodate the demands of work/life balance. This includes several female employees who work part-time or work from home. 30% of the employees at R. Seelaus & Co. are women with a stated goal of making that number 50%. To that end, 4 out of the last 6 hires are women.
